RUN!!!! DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THEM! My daughter's car looks awful! Not dry paint, doors not alined, huge chips, full botton under door frame looks like they through paint on it, missing parts.. Completely awful work!!! Her insurance company Heartland insurance company made her use them!!! Would not even let her test drive her own car! If they do not fix this huge disgusting repair work, we will be getting a lawyer next week! Worst body shop around! Dents, paint missing, missing plugs and bolts on doors and frame, etc. When you have full auto coverage you want your car back to the correct condition , not the complete mess!!! Run, take anywhere else!!! Beware..Beware..pay to tow to another auto body shop!!! This car has no vaule anymore.. We currently inspecting onside , will update! and they flasified reported over 45,000 miles less to the insurance company!! Which we have the cars odometer reading before tow truck pulled away from the accident scene. They also replaced the srs sensor, we are having the car inspected this weekend to see if they really reset the srs system. Which need to be reset to operating within manufacture specifications. We had a very bad experience with this body shop. They don’t have any respect to the customer, they will surprise you with an extra amount for something they never talked with you about. Also, they will surprise you with “only cash” payment for “unknown” reason. Be careful dealing with this shop or the better if you can find someone else can be trusted.

These guys were totally awesome from start to finish! Very helpful and informative on every level! Nice to have someone who cares when the insurance company doesn't! I would highly recommend this place for people who want honest professionals! Anything else happens to one of my vehicles.... I am going here, even though it's out of my way!!! Thanks guys!

[I'm an insurance agent as well, 10yrs+ still counting, I worked for numerous locations in the Waukegan, IL] As I'm reading the reviews there is a lot of incorrect information in these reviews. Allow to me elaborate, first and foremost, you're stating they took long. 01. They did not take long 02. If they did take long it's because the insurance company did not send the check to fix the vehicle, that takes time. 03. Or they don't have the check to fix your vehicle or do not have the deductible to pay to fix your vehicle, that's not their fault or no one else's fault accidents are called accidents for a reason: an unseen event ***** This where the actual review starts Founders then ABT ***** Someone hit my car vehicle in the dollar tree parking lot on grand ave, it was a hit and run in the parking lot, they damaged my left passenger side bumper & head light. The accident happened on 09/11/20 I called founders insurance they were closed. I called them Monday 09/14/20 and 09/15/20 I took the vehicle to body shop on 09/22/20 to get the estimate They took about 2 or 3 days to get back to me Then another week for a claims adjuster to reach out to me to send the check to abt techni

My experience to this place is unbelievably horrible!!! Specially Kyle that he is saying that he’s the manager is very very rude!!! Totally unprofessional when he’s talking to their clients!. I had a questions about the time frame and policies they have and my old parts and etc. and Kyle was aggravated and irritated to answer all my questions. I’m reaching out to the management about this matter, it needs to be addressed and attention by all means. You can’t have a person like Kyle dealing with your clients if you want the people to come back or recommend your shop in the future. I’m so disappointed!!!
